It publishes courses, tools, and field notes for work that depends on communication, judgement, selling, negotiation, relationships, leadership, and capability building.
The work starts from a simple observation: many work problems are not only technical. They are also human. People misread context. Teams talk past each other. Sellers push when they should understand. Leaders simplify the wrong things. Decisions move faster than judgement.
